Onze klanten zijn afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van hun materieel om hun werk te kunnen doen. Technische uptime, productiegereedheid en inzetbaarheid zijn daarbij essentieel. Om dit te realiseren worden onderhoudsprogramma's uitgevoerd, modernisaties doorgevoerd en complexe conversieprojecten gerealiseerd.

Jij weet als geen ander hoe turnarounds, brownfield- en constructieprojecten moeten worden gepland, voorbereid en succesvol uitgevoerd worden. Veilig, op tijd en binnen budget. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van complexe onderhouds-, conversie-, of modernisatieprojecten binnen een kapitaalintensieve industrie.

Royal IHC speelt een belangrijke rol in de instandhouding, modernisering en toekomstbestendigheid van complexe schepen en maritieme systemen. Hiervoor zoeken wij een ervaren Manager Refit, Turnaround & Conversion Projects die complexe onderhouds- en modernisatieprojecten naar een hoger niveau brengt.

Jouw rol:

Als Manager Refit, Turnaround & Conversion Projects ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en succesvolle oplevering van complexe onderhouds-, refit-, modernisatie- en conversieprojecten. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, voorspelbaar en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Eindverantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van onderhouds-, refit-, modernisatie- en conversieprojecten; • Vaststellen, beheersen en bewaken van scope, planning, budget, kwaliteit en projectrisico's; • Leiden van multidisciplinaire projectteams bestaande uit engineering, werkvoorbereiding, inkoop, uitvoering en leveranciers; • Sturen op veiligheid, kwaliteit en naleving van contractuele, wettelijke en technische eisen; • Beheren van contracten en prestaties van leveranciers, onderaannemers en partners; • Bewaken van voortgang, risico's en resultaten en hierover rapporteren aan klanten en senior management;

• Zorgdragen voor een gecontroleerde oplevering, testen, acceptatie en ingebruikname van aangepaste systemen en installaties.

Jouw profiel:

• HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Werktuigbouwkunde, Maritieme Techniek, Elektrotechniek, Systems Engineering of vergelijkbare richting; • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring binnen complexe onderhouds-, turnaround-, refit-, conversie- of modernisatieprojecten; • Ervaring binnen een kapitaalintensieve omgeving zoals procesindustrie, offshore, energie, marine, scheepsbouw of defensie; • Aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement, contractmanagement en stakeholdermanagement; • Ervaring met multidisciplinaire technische projecten en grote onderhouds- of modificatiestops; • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden; • Besluitvaardig en effectief onder tijdsdruk; • Sterk ontwikkeld veiligheidsbewustzijn; • Analytisch, pragmatisch en resultaatgericht; • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Wat biedt Royal IHC?

• Een salaris tussen €7.948,- en €9.000,- bruto per maand voor medior profielen en €9.000- en €11.000,- bruto per maand voor senior profielen, plus 8% vakantiegeld; • 40 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband, met de mogelijkheid om extra verlof te kopen of verkopen; • Een winstdelingsregeling waarmee je meedeelt in het succes van Royal IHC; • Een solide pensioenregeling via PME; • Ruime opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden, inclusief toegang tot de IHC Academy; • Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een internationale technische organisatie; • Onbeperkt sporten in onze eigen fitnessfaciliteiten; • Extra zekerheid met onder andere een arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering, partnerpensioen en ondersteuning via het Sociaal Fonds.
