Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Process Improvement Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Process Improvement team, ensuring the successful execution of process optimization initiatives across the organization. This role involves leading a team of Specialists, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that process improvement projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Assessment:

  • Supervise the documentation and mapping of the processes while identifying inefficiencies and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Utilize data-driven techniques to assess and enhance existing processes, recommending strategies to streamline operations, boost productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Lead end-to-end process analysis aimed at improving customer experience (CX) and satisfaction. Process Design and Optimization:
  • Design, document, and maintain optimized business processes aligned with company goals, implementing automation opportunities where applicable.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to support new business process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that process changes enhance product or service quality. Project Leadership and Implementation:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of process improvement projects, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal operational disruption.
  • Oversee the progress of improvement projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are completed on time.
  • Align with the QA team to release processes, ensuring proper document control and quality assurance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management, summarizing project progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading Six Sigma projects, staying informed on industry trends, and integrating best practices into strategies.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or other process improvement methodologies to drive effective and sustainable process enhancements. Team Management and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Process Improvement Senior Analysts, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Assign tasks and projects based on team members' strengths and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Stakeholder Management and Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between the Process Improvement team and other departments to ensure stakeholder buy-in and support for process improvement projects. Requirement and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in process improvement, with at least 2 years in a leadership job role.
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma and/or TQM is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills to dissect complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proven project management experience in managing multiple projects with effective resource allocation and timely delivery.
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and influence the Process Improvement team, driving change across the organization.
  • Technical proficiency in process mapping (e.g., Visio), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel), and related software. Competencies

  • Leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate the team towards achieving excellence.
  • Strong results orientation, focusing on delivering quality results within set deadlines.

  • Decisiveness and tact in making informed decisions swiftly while considering the organizational impact. Work Conditions
  • Work Location: On-Site (Mohandseen, Egypt).
