The posting

The Accounts Payable Clerk II performs all aspects of the accounting department for Replacement Parts, Inc., the corporate office of Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts. Obtains authorization coding to correct expense categories and generates checks for all monies owned by the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides exceptional customer service. This includes, but is not limited to: assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction. Receives and process documents by reviewing for completeness and clarity. Assists customers and employees with accounts payable questions. Resolves invoice/purchase order discrepancies. Prepares reports. Prepares checks in a timely manner for distribution. Checks figures, postings and documents for correct entry, accuracy and proper codes.

Participates in or handles special projects as needed.
