  • Atender clientes Prescritores (profissionais da saúde) por telefone/WhatsApp;
  • Entender necessidades e indicar produtos e serviços adequados;
  • Registrar pedidos e apoiar no processo de vendas;
  • Auxiliar no controle e entrega de produtos;
  • Manter padrão de atendimento da marca;
  • Colaborar com a equipe para metas de vendas e qualidade.
  • Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente ou vendas (qualquer segmento);
  • Graduação em andamento ou completa em Farmácia;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em regime CLT;
  • Organização, responsabilidade, iniciativa, trabalho em equipe e vontade de aprender.

Diferenciais:

  • Gostar de Cosmetologia (Cosméticos);
  • Experiência em farmácia, drogaria, manipulação ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Noções básicas de produtos cosméticos;
  • Facilidade com ferramentas digitais (WhatsApp Business, sistema de PDV, etc.).
