Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and validate electrical systems for industrial and custom automation equipment.
Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts and control architectures.
Select and integrate PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, motors, sensors, safety devices and communication networks.
Ensure compliance with international electrical and machine safety standards (CE, UL, IEC).
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, FAT, SAT and equipment commissioning.
Work directly with customers to identify operational needs and propose technical solutions.
Develop equipment upgrades, retrofits and modernization strategies to improve performance, reliability and safety.
Present technical proposals and improvement roadmaps to customers.
Drive design reviews, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize electrical designs for cost and manufacturability.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in custom automation or capital equipment, with proven project leadership.
Customer-facing experience in technical sales support or solution engineering.
Experience in equipment upgrades and modernization projects.
Proficient in CAD drawings; SolidWorks Electrical is highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
