Key Responsibilities

  • Develop analog, digital and power electronic circuits, focusing on MOSFET-based switching and high-power DC systems.
  • Design power delivery, distribution, control, switching and protection circuits.
  • Perform schematic capture, component selection, circuit simulation and multilayer PCB layout.
  • Optimize PCB designs for grounding, thermal management, signal integrity, EMI/EMC and high-current routing.
  • Conduct PCB bring-up, testing, debugging, failure analysis and design verification using laboratory equipment.
  • Lead hardware development from concept and prototyping through validation and production release.
  • Collaborate with firmware, FPGA, mechanical and manufacturing teams to integrate electronic systems.
  • Support prototype builds, production troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
  • Review hardware designs and documentation, providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics hardware and PCB development, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, MOSFET switching, DC power control and protection circuits.
  • Solid understanding of MOSFET selection, gate drivers, switching losses, SOA and thermal design.
  • Hands-on experience in schematic capture, multilayer PCB design and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in tools such as LTspice, PSpice, Altium Designer, Cadence or KiCad.
  • Ability to independently manage the full hardware development lifecycle.
