Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, lighting, and generators.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with contractors for repair and servicing works.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and facility-related issues.
  • Identify and report equipment faults and defects.
  • Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
  • Support maintenance operations across company properties.

Requirements

  • NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in basic electrical maintenance and repair works.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and general building services will be an advantage.
  • Willing to travel when needed
