The posting

Responsibilities

  • Lead the M&E coordination and BIM team.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities and internal teams.
  • Review M&E drawings/BIM models and resolve design and site coordination issues.
  • Plan and monitor M&E works, approvals, testing, commissioning and handover.
  • Support cost control, subcontractor evaluation, RFIs and project documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • 8+ years of M&E engineering experience, preferably in infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in water, wastewater, or drainage infrastructure projects will be an advantage
  • Strong experience in M&E coordination, design, construction and approvals.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
