Role Overview

Manage process integration activities to improve device performance, yield, quality, and manufacturing efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to develop, qualify, and optimise semiconductor processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimise integrated process flows for new and existing semiconductor products.
  • Monitor electrical performance, yield, and reliability to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate process excursions, defects, and device failures, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Process, Equipment, Device, Product, and Yield Engineering teams to resolve integration issues.
  • Plan experiments and analyse data to evaluate process changes and establish robust process windows.
  • Support technology transfers, new product introduction, process qualification, and production ramp-up.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with change control procedures.
  • For Senior/Principal levels, lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and drive integration strategy.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, process integration, device engineering, or yield improvement.
  • Understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals and manufacturing processes, such as lithography, etch, deposition, implantation, diffusion, and CMP.
  • Familiarity with electrical characterisation, failure analysis, SPC, DOE, and statistical data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Senior/Principal candidates should demonstrate technical leadership and experience managing complex integration projects.

Appointment level will depend on relevant experience and technical expertise.
