Responsibilities

  • Monitor process parameters,troubleshoot abnormalities, and make lot disposition decisions to ensure stable production.
  • Support yield, productivity, and process improvement through data analysis and experiments.
  • Establish and optimize key process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
  • Evaluate new materials, equipment, and process methods to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree inElectronics, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of semiconductor process/manufacturing experience
  • Hands-on experience inlithography or thin-film semiconductor processes is required.
  • Familiarity with 22nm/28nm or smaller technology nodes and tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, or 8D is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process optimization skills.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
