Mansioni ####

La persona che stiamo cercando si occuperà della disposizione del personale attribuito, nel rispetto della -Legge Federale sul Lavoro- (LL) e del -Contratto Collettivo di Lavoro SSR- (CCL'22). Assicurerà il rispetto delle norme interne sul rilevamento dei tempi di lavoro/prestazioni secondo le scadenze ufficiali SSR (Risorse Umane e Controlling) e secondo le direttive della contabilità analitica (HKLR). Si occuperà di fornire consulenza ai Responsabili di Linea per la disposizione del personale produttivo attribuito. Sarà chiamato a coprire i turni di picchetto settimanale secondo un piano concordato.

Requisiti ####

Chiediamo una formazione in ambito amministrativo/gestionale preferibilmente con assolvimento della maturità professionale, competenze nella pianificazione di risorse produttive e nell'organizzazione del proprio lavoro, come pure conoscenze delle tematiche legali inerenti alla gestione del personale. Chiediamo inoltre buone capacità organizzative e di lavoro per obiettivi, ottime capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team come pure una buona resistenza allo stress, flessibilità mentale e propensione al cambiamento. Completano il profilo le buone conoscenze del pacchetto Office, Excel e la conoscenza della lingua tedesca (livello B1) o ev. della lingua francese (livello B1).
