About the role

As part of the eye care team, you will play a key role in delivering quality vision solutions and creating a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out comprehensive vision assessments and eye health evaluations
  • Recommend suitable optical products based on customers' visual requirements and lifestyle needs
  • Provide guidance on contact lens selection, fitting, usage, and maintenance
  • Ensure accurate dispensing of contact lenses and related eye care products
  • Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation
  • Monitor and replenish stock of lenses, solutions, and practice supplies
  • Ensure testing equipment is calibrated, clean, and functioning properly
  • Support the overall presentation, operations, and customer service standards of the practice
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales performance through professional product recommendations

About you

  • Diploma or Degree in Optometry
  • Registered Optometrist with the Singapore Optometrists & Opticians Board (OOB)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in optometry or optical retail
  • Passionate about customer care and eye health
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced retail environment
  • 5-day work week, required to work on weekends
  • Competitive salary package with incentives
