The posting

Imagine a future where you will support Warehouse Management Department with standard procedures and processes within warehousing and operations

We offer a workplace culture where you’ll be working on site every work day.

Join us in this role where you’ll support the Warehouse Management Department with standard procedures and processes across warehousing and operations. You'll play a key role in process mapping and implementation, SAP administration, inventory control, forecasting support, and ensuring that equipment and components are accurately managed across warehouse locations. You'll work closely with warehouse operatives, back-office colleagues, planners, and operational stakeholders to maintain efficient and compliant warehouse processes.

**Welcome to Warehouse Management

**You’ll be part of the Warehouse Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure control over components used for Main Components Exchange and Cable Storage in SAP. You’ll make sure that equipment is registered and handled in SAP for both main components and cable storage facilities.

As a team, we value diversity, collaboration, and a non-hierarchical, respectful, and trusting work environment.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting back-office functions in the department with forecasting
  • creating and managing work orders for preparing gearboxes for shipment
  • ensuring SAP reflects what we actually have on the shelve
  • supporting our check-up teams with creating stock transformers in the system
  • handling various minor ad hoc administration tasks.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have an educational background in administration or related field (not mandatory)
  • are IT literate, with knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, as well as the Microsoft Office package
  • have professional experience in the offshore wind business (not mandatory but highly valued)
  • possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.

**Shape the future with us

**Send your application to us as soon as possible. We’ll be conducting interviews on a continuous basis and reserve the right to take down the advert when we’ve found the right candidate.

The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
