**Fleksjob – 16–20 timer om ugen**

Har du erfaring fra butik, interesse for genbrug og lyst til en hverdag med forskellige opgaver? Så er det måske dig, vi søger hos Finderiet! Hvem er vi? Finderiet er et socialøkonomisk genbrugsvarehus på 1.200 m² i Randers. Vi driver en butik med et stort udvalg af genbrugsvarer og skaber samtidig arbejdspladser og læringsmuligheder for mennesker med forskellige forudsætninger.

Dine arbejdsopgaver: Du bliver en del af vores butiksteam, hvor vi sammen sørger for, at butikken fungerer i hverdagen. - Klargøring af butikken inden åbning, opfyldning og varepræsentation. - Sortering, klargøring, vurdering og prissætning af varer. - Kassebetjening, salg og kundeservice. - Hjælpe og støtte vores elever i de daglige praktiske opgaver. - Tage billeder og korte videoklip af varer og hverdagen til vores sociale medier.

- Er mødestabil, ansvarsbevidst og selvstændig. - Gerne har erfaring fra butik, detailhandel eller salg. - Har interesse for genbrug og flair for varer og handel. - Er serviceminded og møder kunderne med et smil. - Kan tage initiativ, bevare overblikket og arbejde på tværs af opgaver. - Har tålmodighed og lyst til at samarbejde med og støtte vores elever. - Trives med at være en del af et team, hvor vi hjælper hinanden.

Derfor er det vigtigt, at dine skånebehov kan forenes med butikkens daglige opgaver og drift.
