Junior Financial Controller

In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.

You Will:

• support the Financial Controller in the financial supervision of selected foreign subsidiaries;
• maintain day-to-day contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices, escalating issues to the Financial Controller;
• support the preparation of financial data for consolidation, reporting and management purposes;
• prepare financial analyses, reports and forecasts under the guidance of the Financial Controller;
• gather reporting relevant data from specific sources and verify its completeness;
• support monitoring of accounts receivable and credit risk;
• support cash flow forecasting and payment management;
• support documentation of controlling processes and financial procedures within the Capital Group;
• effectively cooperate with the central finance team, business departments and profit center managers;
• strive to improve financial processes;
• support ad hoc tasks.

Desired Experience:

• bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area;
• working experience of 1 to 3 years in finance, controlling, accounting or audit;
• basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance;
• good understanding of financial reporting principles;
• working knowledge of office applications especially Google Sheets/Excel;
• strong analytical and organizational skills;
• very good communication skills;
• personality: proactive, meticulous, attentive to detail, team player, eager to learn, open to feedback, able to work with deadlines under pressure;
• fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• working knowledge of IFRS;
• basic knowledge of tax law;
• experience working in a shared service organization or a multinational group structure.
