Collins Aerospace Avionics – Fire Protection Systems France est spécialisée dans la conception, le développement, la fabrication et la maintenance de systèmes de protection incendie aéronautique civile et militaire.

Nous recherchons un(e) Monteur(euse) Mécanicien(ne) pour rejoindre l’équipe Extinction L’hotellier basé à Antony.

Ce que vous allez faire :

Le/la Mécanicien(ne) Monteur(euse) sera responsable du démontage, montage et assemblage de pièces mécaniques dans le domaine de la production et d’entretien des équipements sous pression.

Il/elle devra être capable de :

  • Lire un plan, une nomenclature et suivre une gamme de montage/démontage et instruction de réparation type CMM.
  • Renseigner les documents règlementaires
  • Réaliser des opérations de petit usinage
  • Vérifier la conformité des ensembles au regard du dossier de fabrication
  • Maîtriser les techniques de brasure et de soudure à l’étain ou autres procédés de soudage.
  • Signaler et rendre compte des difficultés et problèmes rencontrés au Responsable de production.
  • Compléter les documents qualité et les supports de suivi de production et de réalisation (incidents, interventions, etc.).
  • Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue des processus, des outils et des instructions de travail

Votre profil :

  • Titulaire d'un Bac Pro Aéronautique, Aérostructure
  • Bonne maitrise de l’anglais (lecture et rédaction)
  • Formation en mécanique aéronautique ( Part 21 – Part 145 ) ou en mécanique générale.
  • Expérience dans un atelier de production ou de réparation.
  • Qualités requises : ponctualité, minutie, rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’équipe, capacité d’adaptation et disponibilité.
