Nos attentes

À partir d’instruction de travail et de dessins, s’assure de la propreté et de la bonne préparation des pièces par des procédés de rinçages, électrochimiques et de sablages. S’assure d’avoir un masquage adéquat en fonction des sections à peinturer. Utilise des outils pour appliquer différents revêtements et les traiter thermiquement selon les normes et instructions de travail. S’assure de la conformité de ses outils de travail et des produits utilisés en maintenant des registres.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?

  • S’assure du maintien de l’inventaire du matériel nécessaire pour assurer un flux de matière constant en lien avec la demande du client.
  • Participe de façon active et constructive aux initiatives d’amélioration continue du département.
  • Pourrait être appelé à faire fonctionner simultanément plusieurs machines.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir

  • Attestation d’études professionnelle en peinture industrielle – volet aérospatial ou DEP en carrosserie
  • Connaissance de l’informatique : MS Outlook et SAP est un atout
  • Maitrise de la lecture de plan
  • Rigoureux dans l’application des instructions de travail
  • Grande autonomie et débrouillardise
  • Capacités interpersonnelles : travail d’équipe et attitude positive
  • Habiletés marquées en résolution de problèmes et esprit d’analyse
  • Expérience dans un milieu industriel.
  • Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une connaissance de base de l’anglais pour comprendre certaines instructions de travail spécialisées, des dessins et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales.
