  • Durchführung spezialisierter Oberflächen-, Dichtungs- und Beschichtungsarbeiten an Flugzeugstrukturen und Komponenten im Rahmen der Flugzeugendmontage, unter Einhaltung der luftfahrtspezifischen Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessvorgaben
  • Vorbereitung, Reinigung und Bearbeitung von Oberflächen gemäss technischen Vorgaben und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Durchführung präziser Seal-, Füll-, Glättungs- und Nacharbeiten unter Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Verarbeitung und Applikation vorgegebener Materialien und Beschichtungen gemäss den freigegebenen Verfahren
  • Durchführung von Sicht- und Qualitätskontrollen sowie Behebung definierter Beanstandungen und Nacharbeiten
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten gemäss den geltenden Produktions- und Qualitätsvorgaben

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung, präferiert im Gebiet der Oberflächenbearbeitung, Carrosserie, Lackierung, Metallverarbeitung oder ähnlich relevante Berufsgattungen
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie sehr präzise, sorgfältige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Geschick und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Oberflächen, Dichtstoffen, Beschichtungen oder vergleichbaren Materialien von Vorteil
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für spezialisierte Materialien, Verfahren und luftfahrtspezifische Arbeitsmethoden
  • Teamfähige, zuverlässige und flexible Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Deutsch- sowie konversationssicheren Englischkenntnissen (min. B1/ B2 Level)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb von Montag bis Freitag
  • Staatsbürgerschaft Schweiz und/oder von NATO- / EU-Mitgliedstaat
