  • Montage, Anpassung und Integration von Strukturbauteilen und Baugruppen an Flugzeugstrukturen im Rahmen der Flugzeugendmontage
  • Bohren, Reiben, Senken, Entgraten, Nieten und Verbinden von Strukturbauteilen gemäss technischen Zeichnungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Spezifikationen
  • Einpassen, Positionieren und Ausrichten von Strukturkomponenten unter Einhaltung definierter Toleranzen, Randabstände und Passgenauigkeiten
  • Durchführung von Dicht-, Versiegelungs- und Korrosionsschutzarbeiten gemäss vorgegebenen Verfahren sowie Strukturreparaturen, Modifikationen und Nacharbeiten innerhalb des freigegebenen Arbeitsumfangs
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten gemäss den geltenden Produktions- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Konsequente Einhaltung der geltenden luftfahrtspezifischen Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessvorgaben sowie verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Werkzeugen, Materialien und Betriebsmitteln

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technisch-handwerkliche Grundausbildung in der Metallverarbeitung, z. B. als Anlagen- und Apparatebauer/in, Carrosseriespengler/in, Metallbauer/in, Bauspengler/in oder vergleichbare Disziplin
  • Gutes mechanisches und räumliches Verständnis sowie Fähigkeit, nach technischen Zeichnungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Toleranzvorgaben zu arbeiten
  • Präzise und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Offenheit für neue Fertigungs-, Montage- und Reparaturverfahren sowie für die Absolvierung funktionsspezifischer Schulungen und Ausbildungen
  • Teamfähige, zuverlässige und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit konversationssicheren, guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen (Level B1/B2)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb von Montag bis Freitag
  • Staatsbürgerschaft Schweiz und/oder von NATO-/EU-Mitgliedstaat erforderlich
