  • Unterstützung der Produktion bei qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen und Troubleshooting
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Manufacturing Engineering, Configuration Management, Produktion, Supply Chain und dem Kunden zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Pflege von Qualitätsplänen, Prüfkonzepten, Prüfanweisungen und Nachweise
  • Bearbeitung, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von Non-Conformances (NCR) und Deviations
  • Durchführung und Moderation von Risikoanalysen (z. B. PFMEA) sowie Ableitung geeigneter Qualitätsmassnahmen
  • Durchführung interner Prozessaudits sowie Unterstützung bei Kunden-, Behörden und Zertifizierungsaudits

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische Grundausbildung in Maschinenbau/Mechanik oder Elektrotechnik, vorzugsweise im Aviatik-Umfeld, technisches Studium vorausgesetzt (HF, BSc oder MSc)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion in der Industrie (Produktions- oder Instandhaltungs-Quality-Management von Kampfflugzeugen)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der branchenspezifischen Normen und Regulatorien (EN-9100, EASA Part-145/Part-21) sowie sicherer Umgang mit IT- und SAP-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein, verbindliche und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hoher Flexibilität und -Get-the-job-done--Mentalität
  • Team- und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten mit starkem Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsvermögen sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch--und-Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2)
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
