El Asesor Financiero es responsable de analizar profundamente la situación financiera de personas físicas y morales para establecer metas con objetivos de crecimiento a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Su enfoque se centra en brindar soluciones financieras personalizadas que generen valor para el cliente y fomenten relaciones a largo plazo.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar necesidades financieras y proponer soluciones adecuadas y personalizadas
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales
  • Realizar seguimiento continuo para asegurar el cierre exitoso de negocios
  • Mantenerse al día con tendencias y novedades del sector financiero
  • Contactar a clientes de forma presencial, telefónica o mediante redes sociales

Requisitos

  • Nivel educativo requerido: Bachillerato concluido; Licenciatura deseable
  • Años de experiencia requerida: Mínimo 1 año en ventas (administrativo o por cuenta propia)
  • Uso básico de redes sociales (para prospección y comunicación)
  • Capacitación interna en productos financieros (seguros, inversiones, etc.)
