Rudyb Travel is seeking a Luxury Travel Specialist to deliver elevated, white-glove service to our discerning clientele. In this remote, client-facing role, you will curate seamless travel experiences while serving as a trusted point of contact from initial consultation through post-travel follow-up.

This position is ideal for a polished professional who is service-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional, personalized travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch, concierge-level support to clients
  • Coordinate bespoke luxury travel arrangements and customized itineraries
  • Manage booking details with precision and discretion
  • Communicate proactively to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Resolve inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
