Job Summary:

Ruggable is looking for an Executive Assistant to cover a maternity leave. As our Executive Assistant, you will work with the executive team to ensure they are able to work more efficiently by providing critical administrative support, including duties such as scheduling meetings and travel, while also coordinating with staff members and outside contacts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage ~3 executives’ day-to-day calendars with internal and external meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
  • Oversee logistics for meetings or special projects to support team goals
  • Manage executives' expenses and reports monthly
  • Work on personal projects and tasks for the executives as requested
  • Work collaboratively with the other executive assistants within the organization to organize cross-functional events and projects
  • Responsible for Board Member communications per the CEO’s request

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a corporate environment working with C-suite executives
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Maintain discretion while handling confidential information
  • Prior experience working across multiple time zones (including international)
  • Ability to make timely decisions and demonstrate good judgment
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to tailor approach toward the perspective of others

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.)

Contract Details:

  • $55/hour, 1099
  • Role can be based in Chicago, IL or Los Angeles, CA, with 10% travel to LA
  • ~ 6-month contract (November start date), 40 hours per week
