Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!Rugzorgkliniek Leeuwarden zoekt een enthousiaste Receptioniste/Telefoniste/ Medewerker voor de zaterdag (16-32 uur per week). In deze afwisselende functie ben jij vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze patiënten en leden. Met jouw vriendelijke stem en klantgerichte houding zorg je ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt en goed geholpen wordt.Wat ga je doen?Als medewerker op ons afsprakenbureau:- Beantwoord je telefonisch vragen van patiënten, leden en geïnteresseerden.- Verstrek je informatie over onze praktijk- Plan en beheer je afspraken in ons patiëntinformatiesysteem - Controleer en verwerk je patiëntgegevens.- Verricht je lichte administratieve werkzaamheden.- Rugscans- Bewaak je de voortgang van afspraken en denk je mee in oplossingen.- Ontvang je patiënten en leden aan de balie.- Zorg je voor een warm welkom en een prettige ontvangst.- Beantwoord je vragen van bezoekers en help je hen verder.Wat breng je mee?- Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.- Een vriendelijke, duidelijke telefoonstem.- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.- Basisvaardigheden in Word, Outlook en computergebruik.- Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau.- Ervaring als telefonist(e) of administratief medewerker is een pré, maar geen vereiste.Wie ben jij?Jij bent iemand die:- Klantgericht en servicegericht werkt.- Actief luistert en goed kan schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneert.- Positief, representatief en betrouwbaar is.- Oplossingsgericht denkt.- Zorgvuldig omgaat met vertrouwelijke (patiënt)gegevens.- Verantwoordeli
