Job Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with sales and business development teams to drive the market expansion and business growth of Data Center Network (DCN) products across Southeast Asia, including customer engagement, technical discussions, value proposition communication, requirements gathering, and needs analysis.
  2. Lead the end-to-end management of customer requirements, working closely with internal product management, R&D, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product features and solutions, ensuring effective follow-up, timely delivery, and customer success.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and business opportunities in the Southeast Asian data center networking market.
  4. Develop product planning strategies and competitive positioning to enhance DCN product competitiveness and support regional business growth.
  5. Provide technical expertise and product support during customer engagements, solution discussions, and business development activities.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the data communications or networking industry, including software development, hardware development, network engineering, product development, or testing.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of data center networking technologies, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, routing and switching protocols, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, and data center network architectures.
  3. Familiarity with data center switches, network deployment scenarios, network design, and common data center networking solutions.
  4. Strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand customer business challenges, identify technical requirements, and translate them into practical product solutions.
  5. Excellent technical documentation, presentation, and value proposition communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
  6. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, logical reasoning, and learning abilities, with excellent cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.
  7. Demonstrated ability to identify emerging market trends, explore new business opportunities, and support market expansion initiatives.
  8. Good command of both English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with regional customers and China-based product development and engineering teams.
  9. Experience working with customers or partners in Southeast Asian markets will be an added advantage.
