Wir sind die Rukop AG, ein Familienbetrieb mit vier Mitarbeitenden in Aarwangen. Weil sich ein Teammitglied in die Pension verabschiedet, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Verstärkung.

Dein Alltag bei uns

Du betreust unsere Liegenschaften und sorgst im Team dafür, dass alles rund läuft. Dazu gehören:

  • Vermietungen, Mietverträge und Mietzinsanpassungen
  • Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben bei Mieterwechsel
  • Liegenschafts\- und Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnung
  • Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten

Du bist zuverlässig, offen und hast Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Kennst du Immotop2, ist das ein Plus.
