Atividades da vaga

Realizar o atendimento pós-venda aos clientes, garantindo um relacionamento próximo e de qualidade;Ser o ponto de contato entre clientes e equipe interna para alinhar demandas e expectativas;Solicitar e organizar as informações necessárias aos clientes para entregarmos o serviço contratado;Oferecer suporte aos clientes durante o período das campanhas, solucionando dúvidas e encaminhando solicitações.

  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de criar conexões com clientes;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente ou suporte comercial (não eliminatório).

Requisitos

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Facilidade em trabalhar de forma proativa e focada em resultados;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas e prazos simultaneamente;
  • Vontade de aprender e se desenvolver em um ambiente dinâmico.
