Dein neuer Job bei uns

  • Du entwickelst und implementierst pragmatische KI-Tools und Automatisierungen – von Text- und Bildprozessen bis hin zu smarten Workflow-Lösungen, die im Alltag wirklich genutzt werden.
  • Du baust effiziente Workflows auf, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe spürbar einfacher und schneller werden.
  • Du integrierst KI-Funktionen in bestehende Systeme (z. B. über APIs oder Automatisierungstools) und stellst sicher, dass neue Technologien nicht nur gedacht, sondern umgesetzt werden.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Redaktion, Produktteams und Marktbereichen zusammen und erkennst, wo KI echten Mehrwert schaffen kann.
  • Du beobachtest neue KI-Modelle, Tools und Entwicklungen und bringst passende Lösungen schnell und pragmatisch in den Einsatz.

Dein Profil auf einen Blick

  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) – schriftlich und mündlich.
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Data Science, Medieninformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – oder überzeugst durch starke praktische Erfahrung.
  • Du bewegst dich sicher im Umgang mit KI‑APIs (z. B. OpenAI, Azure AI) sowie Automatisierungsplattformen (z. B. Make, Zapier, n8n) und setzt diese routiniert für praxisnahe Lösungen ein.
  • Du verstehst die Grundlagen von Machine Learning und LLMs und weißt, wie man sie sinnvoll in realen Szenarien nutzt.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Workflow‑Optimierung, Effizienz und einfache, funktionierende Lösungen.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und hands-on und bringst Ideen mit, die du eigenständig umsetzt.
