  • Prepare delivery dockets, packing paperwork, labels, and other supporting documents using the relevant systems.
  • Use technology and available tools, including AI where appropriate, to improve administrative efficiency and information management.

Procurement, Product & Inventory Coordination

  • Assist with preparing purchase orders using supplier quotations and available pricing information.

  • Prepare accurate and timely invoicing and delivery documentation.
  • Help identify discrepancies in quantities, pricing, or supplied products and flag issues for resolution.
  • Support customer project updates and related email communication as you become familiar with the company's processes.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers and the wider team to keep projects organised and moving forward.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and ask questions whenever information or instructions need clarification.
  • Take ownership of recurring administrative tasks and complete them accurately without constant follow-up.
  • Look for ways to improve processes, work more efficiently, and prevent recurring errors.
  • Learn the company's products, systems, and procedures, with opportunities to develop into additional responsibilities such as quoting and estimating.

Skills you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in administrative experience in administration, project support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, basic formulas such as SUM, filtering, and preparing information for import. Advanced Excel skills and macros are highly regarded.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
