Oportunidade: Analista Windows Especialista Requisitos: - Ensino superior completo; - Certificações Microsoft (ex: MD-102, MS-102 ou antiga MCSA/MCSE); - Conhecimento em Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune; - Experiência com coexistência SCCM + Intune (co-management); - Certificações técnicas na área correlata a vaga; - Conhecimento e Experiencia em produtos VMware, Storage Hitachi, SAN (Brocade), Microsoft como Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, entre outros do pacote Office 365. Assim como Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS, Certification Authority, relacionados a infraestrutura, buscando sempre atendê-los da melhor forma e no menor prazo possível; - Conhecimento avançado em implementacao de GPOs (baselines de segurança). - Conhecimento em infraestrutura de ambiente distribuídos (Centro de Distribuição, Lojas de Varejo, etc). - Conhecimento em metodologias Ágeis e DevOps; Desejável: Sustentação a servidores On-Premises (vmware/Hyper-v) e em Cloud (Azure) com implementações e suporte às ferramentas, atuando em alertas e indicadores além de documentação técnica. Planeja capacidade e desenvolve projetos de melhorias dos serviços corporativos. Além de implementar GPOs de Baseline de Seguranca. Responsabilidades: - Atuar em Projetos, Incidentes e alertas provenientes das aplicações de monitoração, desenvolvimento de scripts, além da manutenção de processos; - Distribuição de software, criação de imagens de SO, aplicação de atualizações (patching); Configuration Manager - Criar, testar e implementar Task Sequences para automação de processos como instalação de sistemas operacionais (OSD) e distribuição de aplicações; - Criar relatórios personalizados no SCCM (via SQL ou Reporting Services) para acompanhamento de inventário, conformidade e status de deployments; - Administrar Jobs experiência em rotinas de operação/produção, monitoração de ambientes críticos; - Sustentação a servidores On-Premises e em Cloud; - Conhecimento e Experiencia em produtos VMware,Storage 3PAR, Storage Hitachi, SAN (Brocade), Microsoft como Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, entre outros do pacote Office 365. Assim como Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS, Certification Authority, relacionados a infraestrutura, buscando sempre atendê-los da melhor forma e no menor prazo possível; - Sustentação a aplicações com base de conhecimento; - Atuar em escalonamentos/crises em diversos níveis hierárquicos; - Suporte em Enterprise Applications, App Registrations e outras Stacks da Azure. - Atuar com insights para ferramentas de monitoração/Gestão de ativos como Zabbix, Dynatrace e SCCM (instalação, configuração, coleta de dados, linha de comando, gráficos customizados, mapas, notificações, automação, monitoração, relatórios, importação e exportação); - Atuar com insights para manter templates de monitoramento de ativos (itens, triggers, thresholds, gráficos, telas, aplicações, regras de auto busca e cenários web), de acordo com os controles e/ou regras estabelecidas visando Proatividade; - Definir métricas, níveis de alarme, usuários, perfis de usuários e janelas de manutenção. Modelo de atuação: Híbrido, 2x na semana presencial em Alphaville/ SP.
