Oportunidade : Lead Técnico(a) de Migração de Dados SAP (Manager) - Especialista Requisitos: • Experiência sólida em projetos complexos de migração de dados SAP, com atuação em liderança técnica de times. • Obrigatório: SAP Data Services (DS). • Obrigatório: SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit. • Obrigatório: arquitetura de dados medalhão (camadas bronze, prata e ouro). • Vivência na definição de estratégia de migração: extração, transformação, validação, reconciliação e carga de dados, incluindo ciclos de cargas de teste e cutover. • Conhecimento em qualidade de dados, saneamento e regras de validação. • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com experiência em interface com cliente e com times funcionais e de negócio. • Resiliência e capacidade de atuar sob pressão em ambiente de alta exigência. Desejável: LSMW. Atividades: • Coordenar tecnicamente o time de migração e responder pela entrega técnica como um todo. • Orientar a estratégia global de migração de dados. • Atuar como extensão e representação técnica da gerência sênior e da gerência de delivery. • Reforçar a comunicação com o cliente e ampliar a interface com os times funcionais e de negócio. • Proteger a entrega contra riscos técnicos, antecipando e mitigando problemas. • Acompanhar os ciclos de carga, validação e reconciliação até o go-live. Período: 9 meses, podendo ser postergado Modelo de atuação: Híbrido Hibrido - 3x semana presencial e 2x na semana remoto em Guarulhos
