Oportunidade:Tech Lead Salesforce - Sênior Requisitos: Experiência sólida (10+ anos) em projetos Salesforce, com atuação comprovada como Tech Lead, Arquiteto(a) ou função equivalente Experiência em programas grandes, complexos e multi-país, preferencialmente no setor de retail ou consumo Conhecimento profundo da plataforma Salesforce (ex.: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud etc) Forte vivência em arquitetura de soluções e integrações (APIs, middleware, eventos, integração com ERPs e sistemas legados) Experiência em ambientes multi-vendor e multi-tecnologia, com capacidade de alinhar times diversos Capacidade comprovada de traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas Experiência com metodologias ágeis e híbridas em escala Excelente comunicação e postura consultiva, com desenvoltura para interação direta com clientes e executivos Diferenciais: Experiência com transformação digital e programas de padronização global (global template / rollouts) Vivência com modelos de dados e processos de retail (ex.: gestão de lojas, força de vendas em campo, distribuição, CPQ, clienteling) Experiência com DevOps no ecossistema Salesforce (Git, pipelines de CI/CD, estratégia de branching e releases) Conhecimento de segurança, privacidade de dados e compliance (ex.: LGPD, GDPR) Experiência anterior em modelos de governança com cliente e múltiplos fornecedores Principais Responsabilidades: Analisar e entender as demandas de negócio, traduzindo-as em requisitos e soluções técnicas viáveis e alinhadas à estratégia do programa Direcionar tecnicamente os times envolvidos, garantindo clareza de escopo, priorização e aderência às melhores práticas Atuar como ponto de convergência técnica entre os times de Salesforce e de outras tecnologias do landscape do cliente (ERP, integrações, dados, e-commerce, plataformas legadas, entre outras) Definir e validar a arquitetura de soluções, garantindo escalabilidade, performance, segurança e manutenibilidade Conduzir análises de impacto, avaliando dependências entre sistemas, times e releases Apoiar o planejamento e a priorização do backlog em conjunto com o negócio, produto e demais lideranças técnicas Garantir governança técnica, incluindo padrões de desenvolvimento, code review, estratégia de ambientes, CI/CD e qualidade Identificar riscos técnicos, propor planos de mitigação e escalá-los de forma estruturada Comunicar-se de forma clara e objetiva com stakeholders de negócio e de TI, em diferentes níveis hierárquicos Apoiar a evolução técnica dos times, atuando como mentor(a) e promovendo a disseminação de conhecimento Colaborar com times globais, respeitando diferentes fusos horários e culturas Período: 4 meses Modelo de atuação: Remoto Idioma : Inglês - Avançado
