Die BHC Gummi-Metall GmbH ist ein innovatives, international tätiges Unternehmen der Gummi-Metall-Technik. Wir produzieren technisch anspruchsvolle Gummi-Metall-Verbindungen und schwingungsdämpfende Komponenten für Kunden aus den Branchen LKW, Bahn, Agrar, Industrie.

Die BHC Gummi-Metall GmbH mit ca. 100 Mitarbeitern ist Teil der familiengeführten mittelständischen RUPF INDUSTRIES Gruppe mit Aktivitäten im Bereich Fahrzeugtechnik, Hydraulik und Werkzeugmaschinenbau und insgesamt ca. 800 Mitarbeitern.

Für unseren Standort in Meckenheim bei Bonn suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten und einsatzfreudigen:

Key Account Manager für die Schwingungstechnik (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Akquise von Neukunden in den zugewiesenen Branchen und Produktfeldern
  • Pflege von Kontakten der zugewiesenen Stammkunden
  • Überwachung der Umsatz-/Absatzplanung im Rahmen der engen Kundenkommunikation, ggf. Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, der Erstellung der Kalkulationen sowie der Angebote und dem Führen von Verhandlungen mit den Kunden
  • Prüfung und Anpassung von Kundenverträgen und zusammen mit dem Innendienst verantwortlich für die Dokumentation der Vertragsunterlagen sowie für die vertriebs­seitige Stammdatenpflege im SAP
  • Enger Austausch mit den Schnittstellenabteilungen Technik, Einkauf und Produktion, um die Realisierung von Kundenprojekten sicherzustellen
  • Erstellung von relevanten Kennzahlen und Reports; Ableitung von Maßnahmen

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau
  • Fachspezifische Berufserfahrung mit Kundenverantwortung, idealerweise in der verarbeitenden Industrie / Automobilbranche
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und fundierte kaufmännische Kenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie mit SAP (Modul: SD)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprache wünschenswert
  • Kunden- und serviceorientiertes Handeln, dabei eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches und analytisches Denken mit kaufmännischem Verständnis sowie eine hohe Problemlösungsorientierung
  • Souveränes Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Messen
