Position Overview As a Wireless Sales Specialist, you will help customers find the products and services that best fit their needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will build relationships, drive sales, and contribute to a high-energy team environment. What You'll Do

Engage customers and identify their wireless and technology needs Recommend and sell wireless devices, accessories, and service plans Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits Process activations, upgrades, and account changes Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills Sales experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation & Benefits Compensation includes a $15.16 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $20.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average. In addition to our competitive compensation package, we are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The bonus is paid in two installments: $500 within your first one to two paychecks and $500 after 90 days of employment. Benefits may include:
