Är du en ledare som vill vara med från början och skapa något helt nytt? Nu öppnar vi ett nytt varuhus i Haninge Port 73 och söker en Varuhuschef som vill bygga upp verksamheten, rekrytera teamet och vara med på hela resan fram till öppning och vidare.

I april 2027 slår vi upp dörrarna till vårt nya varuhus i Haninge Port 73. Därför söker vi redan nu dig som vill kliva ombord och spela en nyckelroll i etableringen.

Om rollen:

Som Varuhuschef för Haninge Port 73 kommer du att vara en central del av etableringen. Du kommer att arbeta nära region- och driftorganisationen för att säkerställa att varuhuset får bästa möjliga start.

En av dina viktigaste uppgifter blir att bygga och utveckla teamet som ska driva varuhuset framåt. Du rekryterar, introducerar och skapar förutsättningarna för en stark kultur där medarbetarna trivs, utvecklas och presterar tillsammans.

När varuhuset öppnat ansvarar du för den dagliga driften med fokus på försäljning, resultat, kundupplevelse och medarbetarutveckling.

Som Varuhuschef kommer du bland annat att:

  • Vara med och planera och förbereda öppningen av vårt nya varuhus i Haninge Port 73
  • Driva försäljningen framåt och hålla koll på siffrorna – från kostnader och nyckeltal till omsättning och lönsamhet.
  • Vara den som bygger laget – du rekryterar, introducerar, utvecklar och stöttar medarbetarna genom hela deras resa hos oss.
  • Se till att Rustas koncept och beslut förverkligas via dig och ditt team i varuhuset.
  • Skapa en inspirerande och välkomnande kundupplevelse varje dag

Du är en person som trivs när det går undan och som är trygg med att fatta beslut. Du är kommunikativ och närvarande i ditt ledarskap. Att engagera och utveckla dina medarbetare är något av det bästa du vet. Dina ambitioner är höga och du gillar tanken på att vara en del av en tillväxtresa. Du vet att man kommer långt på att vara rak och ärlig samt hur viktigt det är för engagemanget att också har kul på jobbet.

Vi tror att du:

  • Har flera års erfarenhet från ledande befattning inom handel, med personal- och budgetansvar
  • Har erfarenhet av att driva försäljning och resultatansvar
  • Har kunskaper i arbetsrätt och arbetsmiljöarbete
  • Är van att leda, utveckla och engagera medarbetare
  • Trivs i en miljö där förändring, utveckling och högt tempo är en naturlig del av vardagen
