Job Description

Rusty Wallace Ford is seeking an elite Ford Senior Master Technician. We take pride in providing a supportive, rewarding, and growth-oriented environment for our team. Job Type

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • No Weekends!

Pay

Competitive Compensation. * High-tier pay plan based on Senior Master certification and experience.

  • Significant Sign-on and Relocation Bonuses available for qualified candidates.

Work Requirements

  • Certification: Ford Senior Master Certified Technician (or equivalent experience) required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Ownership of a comprehensive set of professional tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs across all vehicle systems.
  • Lead the service team in technical excellence and high-quality workmanship.
  • Execute complex repairs and warranty work to Ford factory standards.
  • Act as a mentor for junior technicians, fostering a team-first mindset.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to our family-oriented shop culture.
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction through precise and efficient repair execution.
