As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in improving the user experience and ensuring that our platform provides accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information to empower users in making informed decisions about their healthcare providers. This role is hands-on with data: you’ll dig into call-center and digital funnel performance, monitor site performance, and measure the impact of what we ship.

Where You'll Be

We believe great collaboration happens when we're together, solving problems, learning from each other, and connecting as a team. That's why we’re in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

Office address: 1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707

  • Work closely with data teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of healthcare professional data on the platform.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and continuously improve the healthcare professional research features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to effectively promote and communicate the value and capabilities of our healthcare professional research tools.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and user expectations to ensure our platform remains competitive and compliant.

Within your first 6–12 months, you will:

  • Own the client’s roadmap and sprint process end to end, with priorities you’ve set and defended
  • Be the client’s trusted product contact, leading product updates in partner meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Deliver measurable improvement in the call-center and digital funnel, backed by your own analysis
  • Run an intake and prioritization process the client and internal teams both rely on
  • Have a documented point of view on what the product should look like 12 months out

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
