Ben jij technisch onderlegd, werk je graag gestructureerd en haal je voldoening uit een goed georganiseerde technische dienst? Als Werkvoorbereider Technische Dienst / beheerder technisch magazij n speel je een belangrijke rol in het vlot laten draaien van onze moderne productieomgeving.

Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden goed voorbereid zijn, technische onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en storingen efficiënt worden opgevolgd. Daarbij combineer je jouw technische kennis met planning, organisatie en magazijnbeheer. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je mee het verschil maakt op en voor de werkvloer.

Locatie: regio Noord-Limburg

Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • Werkvoorbereiding: Je beoordeelt meldingen vanuit productie, bereidt werkorders voor en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden.
  • Technisch magazijnbeheer: Je bestelt technische onderdelen, beheert de voorraad en zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Planning en coördinatie: Je stemt werkzaamheden af met de technische dienst, productie en externe leveranciers.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Je verwerkt werkorders, registreert onderhoudswerkzaamheden en houdt technische documentatie bij in het onderhoudssysteem.
  • Technische verbeteringen: Je denkt actief mee over het voorkomen van storingen, het optimaliseren van onderhoud en het verbeteren van bestaande processen.
  • Voorraad en leveringen: Je controleert inkomende goederen, voert stocktellingen uit en bewaakt de voorraadniveaus en traceerbaarheid.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Ongeveer 80% van je werkzaamheden voer je uit achter de computer. Je bent voornamelijk bezig met werkvoorbereiding, administratie, planning en opvolging. De overige tijd sta je in contact met collega's op de werkvloer en zorg je dat alles in de praktijk goed verloopt.

Technische omgeving en werkwijze

Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar techniek, onderhoud en organisatie samenkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst, productie, logistiek en externe leveranciers. Daarbij maak je gebruik van onderhoudssoftware en ERP-systemen om werkorders, technische informatie en voorraden overzichtelijk te beheren.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur op graduaat- of bachelorniveau, bijvoorbeeld in elektromechanica, mechanica, elektrotechniek of automatisering.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving, bijvoorbeeld als onderhoudstechnieker, werkvoorbereider, technisch engineer of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het leuk om jouw kennis te combineren met planning, organisatie en administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent vlot met computers en digitale systemen. Ervaring met onderhoudssoftware of ERP is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert vlot en houdt ervan om zaken goed te organiseren en op te volgen.
  • Je bent leergierig, neemt initiatief en werkt graag samen met verschillende collega's en afdelingen.
