Die RWTH International Academy gGmbH gestaltet als offizielle Weiterbildungsakademie der RWTH Aachen University neue Perspektiven für Studierende, Berufstätige, Unternehmen, Institute und Hochschulen. Wir inspirieren Menschen und Unternehmen auf lokaler, nationaler und globaler Ebene, indem wir den Zugang zu hochqualifizierten Bildungsangeboten ermöglichen und gleichzeitig flexible Full-Service Dienstleistungen anbieten.

Ihre Aufgaben

Unser Team begrüßt Initiativbewerbungen für unterschiedliche Fachgebiete in jedem Geschäftsbereich. Unabhängig vom Schwerpunkt freuen wir uns über engagierte Bewerber/innen, die Teil unseres wachsenden Unternehmens werden möchten.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene/s Ausbildung/Studium in einem relevanten Fachbereich
  • Erfahrung in der Bildungsbranche oder vergleichbarem Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Motivation
  • Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit an neue Herausforderungen
  • Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Projektorganisation und -durchführung
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Offenheit für internationale Zusammenarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen
