  • Implement automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates within pipelines.
  • Establish reusable pipeline templates and shared libraries to enforce best practices.
  • Optimize build and deployment performance, reliability, and observability.

Cloud and Infrastructure Automation

  • Design and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure using infrastructure as code, with Terraform required.
  • Build reusable Terraform modules and enforce governance through policy-as-code.
  • Implement secure, scalable networking and cloud-native architecture patterns.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.

DevOps and Platform Best Practices

  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies for both infrastructure and applications.

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including networking, serverless, and other managed cloud infrastructure.
  • Advanced proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure as code principles.
  • Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL Server Availability Groups.
  • Strong scripting skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
