Description du poste

  • Vous révisez les comptes en vous appuyant sur des outils de pilotage dynamiques qui vous permettent de vous concentrer sur l’analyse. Nous travaillons notamment avec l’outil Pennylane et poursuivons le déploiement de nouveaux outils digitaux en interne.
  • Vous préparez les états financiers et les comptes annuels, que vous présentez vous-même au client. La proximité avec nos clients est un élément essentiel du métier.
  • Vous sécurisez les sujets fiscaux et fiabilisez les données déclarées afin d’assurer le meilleur niveau de satisfaction client possible.
  • Vous formulez des recommandations : gestion, fiscalité, finances… Votre interprétation des données et votre avis comptent autant que vos calculs.
  • Vous échangez quotidiennement avec les entreprises clientes que vous accompagnez.
  • Vous repérez les évolutions qui se préparent chez vos clients afin d’anticiper leurs besoins et de leur permettre de bénéficier d’un accompagnement à 360° au sein du cabinet.

Qualifications

Être collaborateur comptable chez RYDGE, c’est avant tout une posture : vous avez envie de comprendre les entreprises que vous accompagnez, au-delà des chiffres.

  • Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation en comptabilité, finance ou gestion et/ou vous disposez d’une première expérience comparable.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec le digital (Pennylane, tableaux de bord, data) et vous avez envie de continuer à progresser, car vous avez compris la valeur ajoutée de ces outils dans votre métier au quotidien.
  • La relation client ne vous fait pas peur, bien au contraire : elle vous anime dans votre quotidien. Vous avez compris l’importance d’entretenir une relation de confiance avec vos clients, au-delà des chiffres.
