TÝM V KUTNÉ HOŘE hledá nové kolegy a kolegyně na pozici ODBORNÝ PRACOVNÍK V AMBULANTNÍCH A TERÉNNÍCH SLUŽBÁCH PRO DOSPĚLÉ SE ZDRAVOTNÍM POSTIŽENÍM POPIS POZICE:Pracovník je součástí týmu služeb pro lidi s různou mírou znevýhodnění, zejména pro lidi s duševním onemocněním, mentálním postižením, nebo PAS. Zastává pozici klíčového pracovníka / case manažera pro jednotlivé klienty. Mapuje potřeby klienta a hledá způsoby k jejich naplnění. Nastavuje vhodnou míru podpory a provází na cestě k větší samostatnosti a nezávislosti. Úzce spolupracuje s blízkým okolím klienta a jinými službami. Aktivně jedná se zaměstnavateli v zájmu uplatnění lidí se znevýhodněním na otevřeném trhu práce.MÍSTO: Kutná Hora a okolíÚVAZEK: pracovní smlouva, plný/částečný úvazek - 0,75.NABÍZÍME:  smysluplnou a různorodou práci přátelské pracovní prostředí  zázemí stabilní organizace (v regionu fungujeme již 22 let) odborný rozvoj, metodickou podporu, supervizi flexibilní pracovní dobu možnost podílet se na evropských projektech zaměstnanecké benefity, dovolenou navíc nástupní mzdu od 32.000 - 34.000, s pravidelným navyšováním POŽADUJEME:  pozitivní přístup k lidem se zdravotním znevýhodněním  pracovitost, samostatnost, odpovědnost schopnost sebereflexe, otevřenost kreativní myšlení a flexibilitu schopnost jednat s různými typy partnerů (klient, rodina, zaměstnavatel, úřady, služby a jiné instituce) schopnost spolupracovat v týmuVZDĚLÁNÍ:  VŠ nebo VOŠ se sociálním zaměřením (sociální práce / pedagogika / politika, speciální pedagogika, apod.)  v rámci rozvoje multidisciplinarity týmu uvítáme i kolegy z příbuzných oborů (ergoterapie / pedagogika / andragogika apod.) možný souběh s dokončovaným studijním oborem řidičský průkaz skupiny B – aktivní ZAUJALA VÁS NABÍDKA?
