The Role

Ryze Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant/Business Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

This position is well suited to an individual who is results-driven, client-focused, and eager to grow their career within a high-performing and entrepreneurial environment.

What Youll Do:

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Source, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle.
  • Build, develop and maintain a candidate pipeline using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, etc.).
  • Match candidates to client roles and provide honest, consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.

Business Development & Client Growth

  • Identify, target and develop new business opportunities across IT, Business Operations & Engineering & Technical Services
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their business objectives and hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Conduct client meetings and understand hiring needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Help develop sales strategies, pitch materials, and creative approaches to winning new business.

Operational Involvement & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the founder to shape the company's growth strategy and market positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity logs using CRM & recruitment systems.
  • Contribute to building internal processes, tools, and best practices.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 13 years experience in recruitment, business development, or a related people-focused sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and candidates.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with targets and metrics and driven by success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • Previous experience within a recruitment agency
  • Confidence in client presentations, business proposals and negotiation.
