La nostra divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale cerca un/a BUYER - CATEGORIA PROTETTA L.68/99 per azienda cliente attiva nella produzione e commercializzazione di componentistica industriale, con sede in provincia nord-ovest di Monza e Brianza.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio acquisti e si occuperà della gestione degli approvvigionamenti, sia di componenti e materiali destinati alla produzione interna, sia di prodotti finiti destinati alla commercializzazione.

In particolare si occuperà di:

  • Gestire gli acquisti dei materiali e dei componenti necessari per le specifiche commesse, interfacciandosi con i referenti interni per la definizione delle esigenze;
  • Gestire gli acquisti di prodotti finiti, anche realizzati su disegno;
  • Gestire le trattative commerciali con i fornitori, negoziando condizioni economiche, scontistiche e modalità di fornitura;
  • Monitorare gli ordini e le tempistiche di consegna, sollecitando i fornitori in caso di ritardi o necessità;
  • Organizzare le attività di acquisto sulla base delle priorità e delle scadenze delle commesse;
  • Verificare la disponibilità delle certificazioni richieste per i materiali acquistati;
  • Ricercare nuovi fornitori in collaborazione con la funzione commerciale;
  • Gestire la codifica degli articoli e collaborare al coordinamento degli acquisti con la casa madre;
  • Analizzare le giacenze e il valore del magazzino, predisponendo report e valutazioni utili alla gestione degli approvvigionamenti;
  • Collaborare con la direzione nella pianificazione e nel monitoraggio del budget acquisti.

REQUISITI

  • Esperienza anche breve in ruoli di Buyer o Ufficio Acquisti;
  • Preferibile provenienza dal settore meccanico o della componentistica;
  • Buone capacità di negoziazione e gestione delle trattative commerciali;
  • Capacità organizzative e gestione delle priorità;
  • Attitudine proattiva e orientamento al risultato;
  • Buone capacità analitiche, in particolare nella lettura dei dati relativi a scorte, giacenze e valore di magazzino;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1) per la corrispondenza con fornitori esteri.

Si prevede inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato all'interno del CCNL Commercio, con una RAL compresa tra 32.000 e 42.000 euro, commisurata all'esperienza.

Sede di lavoro: provincia nord-ovest di Monza e Brianza. Non è prevista possibilità di smart working.
