S.A. Studio Santagostino, società specializzata nella consulenza e nello sviluppo HR, ricerca per conto di un'azienda cliente operante nel settore della meccanica industriale una figura di Tecnico Commerciale da inserire nel proprio team.

La risorsa sarà inizialmente affiancata da una figura senior, che la supporterà in un percorso di formazione e crescita professionale, con l'obiettivo di sviluppare progressivamente competenze tecniche e commerciali e acquisire autonomia nella gestione dei clienti.

Il ruolo La figura contribuirà alla gestione delle opportunità commerciali e allo sviluppo del business aziendale, occupandosi principalmente di:

  • Gestire le richieste e le opportunità commerciali provenienti da potenziali clienti, prevalentemente attraverso il canale inbound.
  • Analizzare le esigenze del cliente e tradurle in una prima valutazione tecnico-commerciale.
  • Collaborare alla definizione della soluzione più adeguata, in funzione delle necessità tecniche e commerciali.
  • Predisporre e gestire offerte e preventivi, interfacciandosi con i diversi interlocutori aziendali.
  • Seguire il cliente nelle diverse fasi della trattativa, garantendo supporto e continuità durante il processo commerciale.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Diploma di Perito Meccanico o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica.
  • Esperienza professionale di 2–4 anni, preferibilmente in ruoli tecnico-commerciali nel settore meccanico o in ambiti affini.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, livello B2/C1.
  • Interesse per il settore della meccanica industriale e per le attività tecnico-commerciali.

Competenze trasversali (Soft Skills):

  • Capacità di problem solving;
  • Buone doti relazionali e comunicative;
  • Attitudine a crescere, imparare e costruire progressivamente il proprio ruolo in azienda.
