En esta posición el empleado tiene la oportunidad de mejorar sus ingresos escalando por diferentes niveles a llegar a un nivel más avanzado. Lo que más se necesita es la disponibilidad de aprender y desarrollarse.

Breve descripción del trabajo:

  • Colabora y asiste en la operación de la máquina/equipos.
  • Extrae el producto de la máquina
  • Verifica y se asegura de la calidad del producto mediante la inspección visual que realiza
  • Realiza el acabado del producto (quitando rebabas) cuando se requiere
  • Empaca el producto según procedimientos
  • Cumple con el sistema de calidad de la empresa
  • Mantiene el área de trabajo ordenada y limpia

Requisitos:

  • Primaria concluida
  • Experiencia de 6 meses a 1 año en procesos productivos industriales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios rotativos
  • Horarios comprendidos de Lunes a Sábado o de Domingo a Viernes.
  • Habilidad manual.
  • Proactividad.
  • Tolerancia al calor.
