Tööülesanded: Finantskontrolleri ülesandeks on tagada ettevõtte finantstulemuste kvaliteetne analüüs, tulemuslikkuse jälgimine, finantsplaneerimine ja prognoosimine ning toetada ettevõtte juhtkonda operatiivsete ja strateegiliste juhtimisotsuste tegemisel.

Sinu peamised tööülesanded: Südamekodude grupi igakuise finants- ja juhtimisaruandluse koostamine ning finantstulemuste ja peamiste tulemusnäitajate (KPI-de) analüüsimine. Südamekodude grupi raamatupidamismeeskonna juhtimine ja töö koordineerimine. Ettevõtte eelarvestamise, finantsplaneerimise ja prognoosimise protsesside juhtimine ning koordineerimine. Tegelike finantstulemuste võrdlemine eelarvete ja prognoosidega, kõrvalekallete põhjuste analüüsimine ning parendusettepanekute tegemine. Finants- ja tegevusandmete põhjal äritegevuse tulemuslikkuse hindamine ning juhtkonnale strateegiliste ja operatiivsete otsuste tegemiseks vajalike analüüside ja soovituste esitamine. Investeeringute ja arendusprojektide tasuvuse ning finantsilise mõju hindamine, finantsmudelite koostamine, investeeringueelarve täitmise jälgimine ja kõrvalekallete analüüsimine. Finantsriskide ja sisekontrolli puuduste tuvastamine ning sisekontrollisüsteemi ja finantsaruandluse usaldusväärsuse arendamine. Finantsprotsesside tõhustamine ja automatiseerimine ning uute lahenduste väljatöötamises ja juurutamises osalemine. Koostöö rahvusvahelise grupi finantsmeeskonnaga ning osalemine ettevõtte strateegiliste projektide ja ühinemis- ning omandamistehingute (M&A) finantsanalüüsides.

Muud nõuded: Kõrgharidus rahanduse, majanduse või raamatupidamise valdkonnas, eelistatult magistrikraad.Vähemalt 5-aastane kogemus raamatupidamise, finantsaruandluse või finantskontrollingu valdkonnas ning valmisolek võtta vastutus grupi raamatupidamise eest. Tugevaid teadmisi finantsplaneerimisest, eelarvestamisest, prognoosimisest ja juhtimisaruandlusest. Väga head analüütilist mõtlemist ning oskust tõlgendada finantsandmeid, mõista tulemuste kujunemise põhjuseid ja teha põhjendatud ettepanekuid. Varasemat meeskonna juhtimise kogemust ning oskust korraldada tööd, seada prioriteete ja toetada meeskonna arengut. Head arusaamist raamatupidamise põhimõtetest, finantsaruannetest ja sisekontrollisüsteemidest. Väga head MS Exceli kasutamise oskust, sealhulgas kogemust finantsmudelite koostamise ja suuremahuliste andmete analüüsimisega. Väga head eesti ja inglise keele oskust nii kõnes kui kirjas (igapäevane suhtlus rahvusvahelise grupi finantsmeeskonnaga toimub inglise keeles). Süsteemsust, täpsust, iseseisvust ja vastutustunnet ning head koostöö- ja suhtlemisoskust.

Kasuks tuleb: Varasem töökogemus rahvusvahelises ettevõttes või kontsernis ning kokkupuude rahvusvahelise grupi finantsaruandlusega. Töökogemus audiitor- või finantsnõustamisettevõttes, sealhulgas Big 4 ettevõttes. Rahvusvaheliste finantsaruandluse standardite (IFRS) tundmine. Kogemus finantsprotsesside automatiseerimise, BI-lahenduste, konsolideerimissüsteemide või muude andmeanalüüsi tööriistadega. Kogemus investeeringute tasuvusanalüüside, finantsmodelleerimise või M&A projektidega. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA või muu rahvusvahelise finantsvaldkonna kutsekvalifikatsioon või selle omandamine. Oskus kasutada tehisintellekti töövahendeid igapäevatöös andmete kontrollimiseks, analüüsimiseks, aruandluseks ja protsesside automatiseerimiseks.
