Vill du arbeta i en bred administrativ roll med många kontaktytor och vara en viktig del av ett engagerat team? Vi söker nu en driven och serviceinriktad administratör till vår Mäklardisk i Örnsköldsvik.

Hos oss får du en central roll där du stöttar Söderberg & Partners förmedlare i hela Skandinavien. Tillsammans ansvarar teamet för att ge service och support via telefon och mejl samt säkerställa hög kvalitet i hanteringen av försäkringsärenden och administrativa processer.

Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Bemanna vår Mäklardisk via inkommande telefonsamtal och mejl.
  • Hantera och följa upp försäkringsärenden.
  • Ansvara för fakturering samt hantering och uppföljning av fakturarelaterade frågor.
  • Ge support och vägledning till Söderberg & Partners förmedlare i Skandinavien.
  • Säkerställa att administrativa processer genomförs med hög kvalitet och noggrannhet.
  • Samarbeta med försäkringsbolag och interna kontaktytor.

Vi söker dig som

  • Trivs i en administrativ roll med varierande arbetsuppgifter.
  • Är strukturerad, noggrann och ansvarstagande.
  • Har god förmåga att prioritera och hantera flera uppgifter parallellt.
  • Är serviceinriktad och tycker om att hjälpa andra.
  • Har lätt för att samarbeta samtidigt som du arbetar självständigt.
  • Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
  • Har minst gymnasieutbildning.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av sakförsäkring.
  • Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete inom försäkring eller ekonomi.
