Om rollen

Som Junior Sales Associate på deltid är din huvuduppgift att förse våra rådgivare med nya affärsmöjligheter. Detta kommer du göra genom att kontakta nya potentiella kunder över telefon. Du kommer arbeta i ett högt tempo med många samtal och kollegor som brinner för tillväxt och kundnöjdhet. Du samlar på dig meriterande erfarenhet hos ett av branschens mest framgångsrika bolag. Framför allt utvecklar du en av de mest värdefulla och överförbara färdigheter som finns: att skapa förtroende och få ett ja. För rätt person finns också goda möjligheter att fortsätta utvecklas internt efter avslutade studier.

Vem är du?

För oss är din personlighet och potential det viktigaste. Du behöver ha lätt att motivera dig själv och en inre vilja att utvecklas. Du ska ha ett starkt resultatfokus och en förmåga att arbeta uthålligt gentemot högt uppsatta mål. Du är en god lyssnare och förmedlar information tydligt och enkelt. Det är ett krav för tjänsten att du har ett intresse för försäljning och ekonomi.

Du kan arbeta mellan 9 och 20 timmar per vecka. Minst 9 av dessa timmar ska förläggas under avdelningens ordinarie arbetstider: måndagar, tisdagar och torsdagar kl. 17.00–20.00.

Tidigare erfarenhet från försäljning är meriterande.

Kvalifikationer

  • Ett starkt inre driv och en vilja att leverera höga resultat
  • Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga
  • Intresse för investeringar och finansiella tjänster
  • Studerar på universitet eller högskola
  • Behärskar svenska obehindrat och kan uttrycka dig på engelska
