Du kommer att arbeta i ett team med erfarna och engagerade kollegor. Vi arbetar mot tydliga och gemensamma mål där nära samarbete, positivt klimat och kunskapsutbyte är centralt för att lyckas. Du kommer att arbeta med inriktning mot en av våra större kunder med försäljning, administration och tillhörande kundtjänst inom person och sakförsäkring.

I dina ansvarsområden ingår

  • Försäljning
  • Hantering av inkommande mail och telefonsamtal
  • Hantering av person- och sakförsäkring
  • Löpande försäkringsadministration
  • Se kundens helhetsbild och förstå kundens behov.

Kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet av rådgivning av person- och sakförsäkringar
  • Erfarenhet av kundtjänst och försäljning via telefon och mail
  • Erfarenhet av försäljning och försäkringsrådgivning är ett krav för att kunna lyckas med rollen.

Det är meriterande om du är certifierad via Finanskompetens inom försäkringsdistribution sak och liv.

Vi kommer lägga stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper och ditt intresse att utvecklas inom sälj och kundservice. En stor del av dina arbetsuppgifter innebär försäljning och kundkontakt. Du behöver vara tillmötesgående, tycka om att ge service och ha lätt för att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift. Vi ser också att du kan ta egna initiativ och arbeta både självständigt och i grupp.
